Shipping & Returns
Our Team will dispatch your parcel as quickly as possible once the order is confirmed, which will be shipped to you within 2 to 5 working days across Pakistan in our special luxury packaging. You are requested to be available on the provided contact number, so our courier service team can contact you as soon as possible.
Please note that if the item(s) on your order is unfit for dispatch due to quality or any other reason, they will not be shipped or will be shipped partially. You will be informed via phone or email if a shipment is delayed due to any given reason.
Shipping across Pakistan:
- For our customers within Pakistan, we have COD (cash on delivery) facility available through the well-known courier service companie Leopard.
- Orders will get delivered within 2 to 5 days.
- The order will get delivered in luxury packaging.
Issues with your purchase?
Should you encounter a Issue or a mistake in your order, please phone or WhatsApp our Customer Service Department immediately
We request you to call or WhatsApp our Customer Service Phone number on before returning the product. Please have your order number available so we can issue you a Return Authorization to make sure your account is correctly refund or your trade request is issued.
Shipping price for any returns and trade won’t be reimbursed. When there is a shipping error or merchandise damage we’ll offer a return shipping label.
It’s implied that you ask for a shipping confirmation receipt when you return a product.
Returns Are Accepted
If you don’t like product you can return through any courier service. We will return your payment which you paid for products. Shipping charges will be deduct.
Note: Used Items will not accepted as return.
